A tempestuous romance with a hint of taboo. King's Rule reminds just how bold Ashenden can be. There's danger in his eyes and lust in his heart. Xander is every woman's fantasy until he opens his mouth. He idles at brash, but looks hot while doing so. Poppy is the distraction, he doesn't want and the heartache, he knows he'll regret. I love Allie Boniface. Her characters are poetic proof that mistakes aren't the definition of who we are. Grayson and Kara may be different people, but they share a common goal. Moving beyond the negativity that has haunted their lives and create their own brand of beauty. Countdown: Grayson is not the beginning of the end, but the start of something wonderful. Happiness.
