Review: 
If love is a battlefield, what is a family feud? Ryder lays the groundwork for what looks to be a smokin' series. Barbara Freethy puts her best foot forward with a little star crossed love, deep introspection and the feud of the century as a backdrop. Ryder has seen his share of combat overseas but when the battle lines are right outside his front door, it's time for an intervention. Bailey is his only hope and his greatest temptation, will he survive a sneak attack on his heart? Family and fireworks are a Freethy specialty and she delivers both with a bang.
