Erin Knightley's charming story is another jewel in her crown of whimsical and entertaining repertoire. Vexed by a Viscount is the story of a woman seeking to break free and experience everything her regimented life has prevented. What ensues is awkward and embarrassing situations that allow her to proceed in making her own choices, become her own person and fall in love wholeheartedly. Ash was never part of the plan yet the heart wants what it wants. Vexed by the Viscount is everything a historical romance should be. Intensely entertaining, exceptionally romantic and very unforgettable. I received an ARC of this novella in exchange for an honest review.
