Hidden agendas abound in Wicked Designs, the introductory novel to Lauren Smith's League of Rogues series. Emily needs a husband. Not just anybody will do. Having been controlled most of her life by overpowering men, she wants to escape the cycle and find a less stifling existence. Her plans change however when she becomes an unwitting pawn in a plot for revenge. Her introduction to Godric sends her head spinning, her hear racing and her life into utter upheaval. Godric is man of many secrets with a heart full of darkness and pain. Will these two people be able to withstand the dark shadows headed their way? Wicked Designs ended up pushing all my buttons. It was a romance with deep meaning. Add in the sinfully sexy hero and I was drawn into the mystery that was Wicked Designs.

Those rogues are sex on a stick. Move over Jess Michaels, Lauren Smith may proved to be stiff competition. Tempting secrets, sexy liasions and intriguing suspense make His Wicked Seduction a forced to be reckoned with. Lucien and Horatia are sin in action. Add a secret love, dark forces looming and the story comes alive. His Wicked Seduction is a sensual journey into the world of guilty pleasures.
