Felicity popped up from the chair, sending it spinning in place behind her. Gunnar stepped inside the office, slamming the door behind him.
“What the fuck?” Felicity exclaimed, looking at Gunnar as if he’d lost his mind. Hands clenched into fists by his side, the look on his face was primal, like he was some kind of hunter and she his prey. She had no idea how, but his eyes were even darker than a moment ago, although this time she knew exactly what that look was.
Desire.
Felicity’s pulse raced as she sucked in a breath, unable to take her eyes off of him. Every inch of him called to her, and fuck, if she wasn’t doing everything in her power to fight her body’s response. Her skin tingled at the thought of those strong hands on her, pulling her close.
Gunnar crossed the small room in two steps, and before she could even form the thought to ask him what he was doing, he had one arm wrapped around her waist, tugging her flush to him. Their bodies collided, almost knocking what little breath she had left from her body. His hard chest heaved against her, causing her aching breasts to rub against the lace of her bra. The sensation sent tingles throughout her body, turning her on even more.
Not wasting another second, he captured her lips in his. His lips were hot and hard, his movements demanding, giving Felicity no choice but to comply. Not that she was resisting. His kiss was exactly what she’d been craving, even if she hadn’t been willing to admit it. His hands seemed to be everywhere as their mouths continued to meld together—on her back, palming her ass, playing in her hair. Every new place they found reacted the same way, making her want more. When his tongue met hers, she mewled, feeling her knees give ever so slightly. She wasn’t sure he noticed, until a second later when he grabbed her ass, picked her up, and deposited her on the desk—never breaking their kiss.
Stepping between her legs, he rocked his hips against her center, letting her feel just how hard he was. Fuck, that felt good. Felicity swiveled her own hips in return, wanting more and more of that feeling. Gunnar was driving her out of her mind, and she never wanted this to stop. Hell, he could take her right here, right now and there would be no complaints from her.
