Review:
Love wears many faces, encompasses generations and guides us to different places, but it's the lessons we learn on the journey that shape the person we become. No matter how many trips I take to Lover's Lane, it always feels like the first time. Lessons to be learned, new people to meet and the sweetest, most emotional tales to behold.
Sandra Edwards gives a nod to Charles Dickens with her holiday themed trilogy.
Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Future, break out the memories and sentiment. Through the eyes of strong women and enduring love, Ms. Edwards sets the stage for a tale that spans generations. From broken hearts to second chances and new beginnings, Ms. Edwards is magic.
Regina Duke brings a touch of whimsy and dash of faith with her sugar coated, heartwarming, cuddle worthy group of temptation. From wannabe playboys, to recipes of love and tales of keeping true to the heart, Ms. Duke is the whip cream on top of the hot chocolate of the season.
Colleen Ladd adds the cherry on top, with The Christmas Carnival. Two lost souls searching for a place to belong, may just have found their safe haven within each other. If pride and fear doesn't keep them apart.
