Who says that there has to be a damsel in distress to make a good romance. In my opinion a good heroine goes against what is expected and makes her own rules. Astrid delivered with her headstrong ways and her fierce heart. The Beast of Beswick is the best of what romance has to offer. Howard delivers her own brand of storytelling. Captivating characters, heartaching twists and temptation beyond measure equals unforgettable in my book.
