Happily ever after gives way to heartbreaking regret. The Perfect Pitch is a tale of foolish pride and life lessons that is easy to relate to. Derek could be anybody. One minute life is at an all time high, the next it's knocked you on your ***. Will the guy who had it all allow his greatest reward to slip away? Lind reminds us that achievement is more than the things that we have. It's the people that took a leap of faith and risk everything for love. Jillian and Derek are proof that even at the darkest of moments, love can find a way.
