When Ms. LaFever burst on the scene with her International Billionaires series I was skeptical. In a genre where sexy alpha males rein supreme, what's so special about these bad boys of the world? Well here I am an unspeakable number of books later, more in love, just as intrigued and craving more. No matter the location, her stories have an abundance of heart and imagination. The unifying factor is that their struggles could be our own and that realism is my biggest draw. Knight in Cowboy Boots as of this moment is my favorite novel in the series. Spicy hero with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove meets his match in an equally saucy heroine. Along the way, each discovers their true self worth while facing betrayal, pride and falling in love. There is no think, I know I'm in love with Jessie and Nick.
