Thicker than blood. Stronger than any familial tie. Love has the power to bring together or break apart any relationship. I received an ARC of Entangled's Falling for her Enemy by Victoria James via NetGalley. The story is priceless. The emotion powerful. When Hayden discovers a long lost child he has never known exists, he is determined to take care of his duties as a father. His search and subsequent discovery of his daughter brings him in contact with Alex. Alex is not what he expects. She will stop at nothing to make sure that her daughter feels loved, wanted and has all the things she longed for as a child. The best of intentions can make for the most heartbreaking of situations. However, miracles do happen and with a little bit of fate, a whole lot of love and understanding, along with the help of a special little girl Hayden and Alex discover family is a bond that is more than just genetics. It's heartfelt.

Stop in the Name of Love by Nina Bruhns
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
The conflicting emotions between the two main characters is central to the plot line of Nina Bruhns' Stop in the Name of Love. The chaotic aura of their relationship although interesting makes the story hard to follow. The personal struggles of Mary Alice also gives you insight into her as an individual character. All the things that make Russell off limits for her are what she likes most about him. I received an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review. Stop in the Name of Love is dark, hot and although a little puzzling it proves to be a good read.

A sweet concoction of angst, longing and regret. Natalie has big sugary dreams that center around making a difference by helping others. Luke has experienced a broken heart and developed a jaundiced view of all around him. Neither expects that the key to all the dreams, hopes and expectations they currently possess will lie in the events that reunite them. Now each has to decide which is more important work or a second chance at love. Kissing Her Crush is a lovely and surprising look at blessings never noticed until they are lost.
