Review:
Ian has a tendency to feel like a bad cliche. I wanted to like him, felt sorry for him and almost hated him, but I found it hard to settle on any specific feeling for him. Riley and Ian are a chaotic blend of tragic circumstances, emotional upheaval and deeply rooted anger. At it's best Ian found the courage to make itself raw. At it's worst, the journey came up a little short. Whether you like him or love him, Kelly makes sure readers are moved to feel something for him.
