The Billionaire's Intern - Part 1 (Forbidden, #1) by Maisey Yates

Come into my lair said the spider to the fly. Logan and Addison have that type of relationship. Logan is a dark cynical devil that has experienced things he prefers not revealing to the world. Addison is dealing with circumstances that cause her to question all that she holds dear. The quintessential alpha male Logan is all about control. Addison comes face to face with Logan and is swept along on a journey that is hot, sensual and may prove to be way out of her league. Maisey Yates has created a story that engrosses you in two complicated characters. The Billionaire's Intern-Part 1 is a good start to a dynamic series. My one pet peeve is it only whet my appetite for more. Received an ARC for an honest review.

This book did not turn out like I expected. There is a huge wedding set to happen between Nancy Parsons (the hometown girl turned soap star) and Jared (the big time movie star). In Nancy you have a successful soap star that is unsure of herself. So she has a tendency to make spur of the moment decisions. Like getting engaged. The problem. Wyatt Wilder has been in love with Nancy forever and has no intention of letting her go. This set off a chain of events that may lead to the Wedding of the Year imploding. Two Nights with His Bride is another great read from Kat Latham. Readers will have a good time as they party with these characters. I received an ARC of this story for an honest review. Quinn was a unique character. A tiny clean cut package with a bawdy mouth. She is torn between making her family happy or following her dream. What stands in her way? Turning the Tables is a steamy, fun and heartwarming love story. To the outside world Tina seems to have it all. Prestige, money and confidence. But that's just the surface. Tina wants to be liked for who she is, not what she has. Meeting Luke gives her the opportunity to just be herself without all the baggage. Will her masquerade blow up in her face or will she gain all that she has ever wanted? I received Joan Kilby's Turning the Tables for an honest review. An highly entertaining love story with an underlying lesson, JUST BE YOURSELF AND THE REST WILL FALL INTO PLACE. Lovely read.

With Jess Michaels readers can always expect two things. A sensuous and titillating read that centers around two strongly independent yet fascinating characters. Anyone looking for a steamy and entertaining read need look no further than Jess Michaels. Mary was a fun character. She had no trouble with speaking her mind or jumping into situations. This proved not to be smart in some instances but it made her an exciting asset to the story. Edward was a character that had an air of mystery. As you pulled back layers you started to realize he was wary of trusting his feelings and hid his emotions well. A Marquis for Mary is another awesome asset to a stellar series. Healed By Love captured all of the elements of romance. Unrequited love, heartbreak, coming of age, second chances and loss. Jewel was just as feisty as she was naive. Nate's inner struggles of guilt, pain and the horrific things seen and experienced while within the military caused him to close himself off. Melissa Foster has created a classic love story with modern day drama. Never ceases to amaze me how she can take an emotional story and make you feel so much while on the journey. Yet always leave you with a smile knowing that her characters have overcome all obstacles and found their way. I received an ARC of Healed by Love for an honest review. A WORTHY READ THAT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT.
