Deacon is rich, manipulative, dramatic and obsessive. Mia is committed to making her own way in the world. Her career is her main focus. She wants to be remembered as more than just a pretty face. That secure put together image she projects on the outside is a facade. Inside she is unsure of herself. That insecurity causes her to make bad choices in her personal life. Deacon is the story of two emotionally damaged individuals. They are a train wreck together but can't break free of each other. Dramatic, provocative and disturbing read that tantalizes the senses. Received a copy of Deacon in exchange for an honest review.
